My P2 recently passed away. I have access to her account, and I'm wondering how to handle her RR points and Travel Funds.
She has roughly 1800 RR points, two transferable TF totaling $600, and one non-transferable TF of $100.
What's the play here? 1800 RR isn't enough for even the cheapest flight, but I do have Chase UR I can transfer to WN if needed. I don't fly WN often, even less often now without P2, so transferring the $600 TF to me isn't ideal. And what can be done with the $100 non-transferable TF? Could I get a $700 refund of the TFs?

My condolences. I doubt WN will give you cash for the TFs. You can use the non transferable one to book a WGA+ fare which would then transferable. As for the remaining points, I'd just call WN, tell them what happened, and see if they'll transfer the points to you. I'm sorry that you are going through this.

My condolences on your loss. I went through this with a close relative's WN account a few years ago.
- RR Points: WN would not transfer them. I used them up over the course of a few years, by accessing their account. If Chase has discovered that your P2 is deceased and cancelled her UR accounts, you probably won't be able to transfer from your UR account to her WN account - but if you had her as an authorized user maybe they won't catch that? IIRC I was able to send flowers using a WN promotion using their WN account number (but my CC); their account was credited with the bonus RR points. On the other hand, 1800 RR points may not be valuable enough (~$23) to spend time trying to deal with.
- TFs: My relative did not have these, so I have no direct experience. My first thought is to do nothing for the moment with the transferable TFs, as transferable TFs can only be transferred once. If you don't expect to fly WN any time soon, maybe you have a relative or friend that you could transfer to (when they are needed). As stated above, you could convert the non-transferable TFs into ones that can be transferred by purchasing a WGA+ fare - it might make sense to do this sooner rather than later, but I don't think there is any reason to rush into this until you know whether you will want to transfer them to yourself or someone else. Given their stance on not allowing RR point transfers, I would not expect WN to let you turn your P2's TFs into TFs for you, let alone cash them out.
You are going to have a lot to deal with over the next several months (or more). I recommend putting this on the back burner and setting a reminder to revisit this 6 or more months in the future, but keeping an ear to the ground for situations where you or someone you know would have a good use for those TFs. As an aside, your P2 may also have other airline/hotel points or reservations to deal with - some of those may need to be dealt with in the near term.
I wish you well - take care!

1. Transfer the $600 in your name
2. Find a $100 ticket and book under her name as a WGA+ fare. Then cancel and transfer to you. Now you have all the credit.
3 Create and use the WN shopping portal for her to get 200 points to bring the account balance to 2000. Once at 2000, you can pay $20 to move the points into your RR account.
With this, you don't have into involve WN in anything.

As to the remaining points - I would just let them go. 1800 points are barely worth anything and not sure I would pay $20 to move them.
