Purchase button would not work (points booking)

Purchase button would not work (points booking)
I've tried many times since early Monday evening to purchase a flight with points transferred on Monday from Ultimate Rewards. This is what would happen:

Has anyone run into a problem booking with points immediately after transferring them from Ultimate Rewards? I had already purchased the outbound flight with the balance in my account as of this morning, with no issues.
A phone rep was able to book the reservation around 1 AM Herb Time, so it could be it had nothing to do with the points being too fresh.

Not sure if this will help... but I use BRAVE and it sometimes blocks popups, or clicking through to another page.

Could you PM me your RR number, device details, and a bit more about the path you took. Can have the team take a look at our records to see if we have an issue.

Various websites run into issues. May or may not be Southwest specific.
Refresh sometimes help.
Changing browsers because of cookies helps.
Logging out of your account and back in helps
double checking that all fields are filled in helps

No. IME this is a WN=specific issue that has started recently and really needs to be fixed. Users shouldn't have to repeatedly go through all that mishegas just to book a ticket.
