Contact tracing to enter US?

My bad, I never flew anywhere at that time. I meant to say info the collected at testing centers like CVS and preschools and doctor's offices. I was truthful at the time yet calls would go on for weeks after recovery to the wrong friends, family & people hundreds of miles apart, once you got into a State system, it never ended until you actually spoke with them.

It's only AA that asks for this...DL or UA don't ask for this when returning to USA. It's like they forgot to update their systems!

I tried and tried but they keep calling. Then they sent me a 5 page mandatory stay at home order 2 weeks after I had gone back to work in such legalese that it was un-understandable. Such as expensive farce that prevented nothing. Then I got a call a few months later from a State 1,000 miles away (FL) asking me to come in for the vaccination...

You do not have to complete the information from American for this. For some reason they are still auto sending this out, But it is not preventing anyone from being able to check in or board, at least to my knowledge. On our most recent AA flight back into U.S. we did not do anything with it and able to check in and board.
