Bellingham! No more long drives or train trips from SEA to Vancouver.

Thats right! No more drive to Seattle or Vancouver. You can fly out BLI. Easy on and easy off.

Will WN list BLI as Bellingham/Vancouver like Allegiant lists PBG as Plattsburgh/Montreal?

Also, I am very surprised that they add Eugene and MYR. Hope they done it well. Let see how it goes.

That would be an attractive contrast...no nickel and diming, two free checked bags not exceeding 50lbs each and no charge to use the overhead bin, along with complimentary water and snack.

BLI is exciting. I wonder where they will go. LAS and maybe PSP are my guesses. They have cut SEA-LAS down to one non-stop a day, down from about half a dozen or so.

No, only for G4. They still flew BLI-PSP. My prediction is: BLI to PHX, LAS, OAK, BNA, HOU, SAN, LAX or HNL.

MYR is a huge add for me. I’ve been traveling there for the last 25+ years and either flying into CHS or RDU, drive 13 hours or dealing with another carrier. I’ve got flights on UA in April that have now gone through two massive schedule changes (last one changed flight there to two connections). I’ve changed those flights to Wilmington, NC. I have to think a huge golf destination like MYR will appeal to those who hate baggage fees. Raises hand!

Well yay for me! Can't wait to see where they'll go from EUG.

ryw Mar 8, 2021 8:10 pm

Surprised to see, but I guess both EUG and BLI are near outdoor natural parks that could be good for covid-era outdoor activity. (Don't know when cross-border travel with Canada will resume, but this might be a nice alternative than taking flights to Vancouver via DL for me). Looking forward to these being added to the map - I'm hoping both of these pacific northwest locations are served from OAK!

So now, they already have 3 new city today. The total is 17 new city. They already announce VPS, SRQ, SAV, ORD, FAT, SBA, BZN, PSP, MIA, COS, JAN, HDN, MTJ, IAH, EUG, BLI, and MYR.

Hopefully they will add more new city to be announced. ANC, JAC, TYS, SYR, GSO, AVL, MSN, PIA, DAB, TLH, SHV, HSV, GPT, UST, EYW, FAI, FNL, EGE.

Let the speculation begin!

LAS, OAK, DEN and either HNL or LAX would be my guess. I can't see them operating longer haul, and if they did, MDW probably would happen before BNA, or HOU.

I don't think DEN. Right now, they don't have enough gate space. They have wait for a while. Once 24 new gates expansion at concourse C is open sometime end of 2021. Can't have DEN now.
