Business Select price increase?

Business Select price increase?
I usually upgrade corporate tickets from anytime to business select, and the difference has historically been about 5% of the anytime fare.
recently the difference was over 10%, and the travel agent said she was seeing that across the board.
anyone else seeing this?
BTW I decided it is not worth upgrading at that price
