Yesterday, LAS-MDW on an 800, only about 30 empty seats. Used one of my chase free upgrades to move my B13 position to A2, took the inside LUV seat, got an empty aisle. Got an email a couple days beforehand letting me know there was going to be some middle seats full.
MDW-DTW, monitors were saying it would be 65% full, also an 800. Had A35, still got the same inside LUV seat and got the same empty aisle.

Another 100% full flight, WN3042 TPA-HOU today. Burned another SW Priority card upgraded boarding to get A5 and got the exit row aisle with the extra legroom.

WN4941 PDX-LAS today was completely full, middles and all. I'm glad to see travel coming back! I'm sure this is due to NYE but it's the first full flight I've been on since March.

Full flight, 1/1 HOU-IND. Three days ago, I received an email stating my flight will have some middle seats filled (was originally AUS-ATL-IND), so I called and moved to a roomier flight via HOU (was told 75%), but 12/31 HOU-IND was cancelled for some reason and my flight became full.

Couple of data points from 12/29:
ALB-MDW, -700, 100 seats filled, got an exit row seat which the middle wasn't filled
MDW-MCI, -800, completely full, my original morning flight was cancelled while I was in the air headed to MDW, so everyone was pushed to the afternoon flight.
