Vegas is Major Hub for WN - and now casinos are shut down

With Vegas being such a big city for WN, any thoughts on when they will begin shutting down flights there? Sure, there will be some connection traffic, and some regular travel, but with no casino business traffic will be seriously impacted. Over 150,000 hotel rooms in Vegas - 62,000 on the strip alone.

There are a number of cancels already today as folks are heading home.

FYI - All state casinos in Nevada have been shut down.

We already have a serviceable thread going on this topic:

A Lot Of Cancellations Out Of LAS

LAS isn't more pressing/desperate/critical than it was earlier.

That "other" thread was tied to some weather related issues. I would argue that Vegas in about to become more critical than it was earlier. Probably the only other market with a similar level of impact would be Orlando.

The existing thread is fine given the multiple Vegas message board & McCarran links.

December isn't the best month to use...a lot of those are drastically different in the spring and summer.

Of course you are totally correct, simply "using" what was officially posted the last time it was updated.

Presumably a multi-column/multi-row moving target at this juncture. Bring 'yo whiteout
