Well, anything in and out of MIA is still changeable, starting on 4/12 and until EOS. They did affect tons of my future bookings by canceling MIA-TPA-MIA. But in the end, getting other routes thanks to the addition of ATL, BNA & DEN as focus cities (now hubs) solve the problem. I am glad WN is being proactive and letting us plan the summer from South East Florida. If it comes to me, NO more love to FLL I am an MIA fan now.

I want to make a dummy booking for May and change it to June (if changes are allowed in the future per this thread). However, I must go in June on exact dates.
If I make a real booking for the real dates in June, would I have to cancel that first, in order to make the dummy changes to June as I would like?

You can definitely have multiple bookings for the same flight, at least in the very short term. I always make sure I have my new, good price locked in before I cancel my old ones. Whatever sweeping they do for duplicate bookings seems to be an automated overnight type thing.

For me, only the MIA departing or arriving flights from 4/14 to EOS have the red bar. Anything else does not. But, we had soooo much time to adjust or correct our flights. It was great to see WN allowing complimentary schedule adjustments again.

Not quite following; you booked a flight with points, and then changed it to another flight/date/time that was cheaper and you got points back? Or, you booked a flight with points, booked another flight with points that was cheaper, and then cancelled the original booking getting those points back? Either way, that how Southwest always works. Or, are we missing some details?
