Does SW use GoGo for their internet service?

I have Tmobile which allows free GoGo inflights... wondering if SW uses GoGo?

They use Row44 (?IRC, but definitely not GoGo)

I think it's now called Global Eagle but I thought they had some planes on another service.

UPDATE

They were also using Panasonic Avionics but announced at the beginning of the year they were dropping them. Not sure if they have replaced it on all the planes that it was installed on.

Yep, Global Eagle (Row 44 owner) is now WN's sole provider. They used Panasonic on some airplanes, but they should be gone by now.

I think they allow texting onboard for free though.

Are there any deals on via ROW44 for discounts, etc?

Free texting is allowed on imessage and Whatsapp.

Free movies and live TV are also provided.
