Points Not Re-Depositing After Cancelled Flight

Anyone else had this issue today? Cancelled a couple of flights booked with points early this morning, but didn't get an email confirming the cancellation, and the points have not gone back into my account. Flights, however, are no longer showing in the account. Usually the email is generated immediately and the points are redeposited shortly after.

I had a similar problem this week. However, about 16 hours after cancellation, the points were redeposited into my account. I never did receive an email confirming the cancellation. They might be having some IT problems going on; sometimes, this week, the account page will not fully load, following login. I believe they are aware of this.

I reached out to them on Twitter - the first response I got was clearly copy/paste of a standard reply. Whoever answered made no effort to look into it. I reached out again the next day as the points had still not posted. Asked the agent to actually look into it and she found that the points had gone back into another random account - which immediately made me wonder if I had somehow been hacked. She said no, it was an IT glitch, but it took several hours to get it fixed. Once it was fixed, my account page would not fully load either - but once I made another booking, that seemed to kickstart it and now it displays as it should.
