Daylight Savings pushes 24 hour checkin to 23?

i usually donít buy early checkin. My flight tomorrow leaves at 5:40 PM. I happened to check emails at 5:05 PM and got notification from Southwest that checkin was available. I tried and, sure enough, it was. I got B4, which is fine for me, traveling alone. Was it a glitch in the system because of losing an hour tonight?

This finally happened to me, BTW- got a notification T-"23" about tomorrow's flight. Good thing about A-List and above though is I tend to not bother to check in until I'm on the way to the airport, so it doesn't really matter, but still

If it's T-23 for you, it's T-23 for everyone else also. Your B4 would've occurred regardless.

My weekend guest successfully checked in yesterday at 6:55+am for his 7:55am Sunday flight. Meaning 25 "clock hours," 24 physical hours, (not 23). There is confusion about this every single time we switch.

I checked in at 5:05, not 4:40, which would have been T-24 from checkin. Iím not going to be as lucky on my return trip. I leave tomorrow morning out of LAX for BKK, returning March 27 and arriving (hopefully) at 9:50 AM got a 1:25 PM flight on SWA. Iíll be between Bangkok and Hong Kong at the T-24 hour mark. Maybe, Iíll have a daughter sign in for me.

Remember that you don't need to "sign-in" to check-in, she just needs your record number and correct name spelling.

It is Daylight Saving Time (neither possessive nor plural) and its time to end this twice yearly charade that has never saved us from anything.

Both lessons I learned during Veep season 6. Last 7 episodes start 3/31 !

It's that time again...

Daylight Saving Time Ends

Customers traveling on November 3, 2019 must wait to check in until 23 hours before their scheduled departure.

This should remain 24 hours prior at PHX, TUS, HNL, OGG, KOA. (unless check ins are based on Herb Time)
