Only JFK, LGA, and DCA have full FAA managed runway slot restrictions. Four other airports: ORD, LAX, SFO, and EWR fall under FAA scheduling and review process.

Some other airports with "slots" for gate capacity are managed by the local airport authority.

Yes, they did. They has been lifted a slot restrictions.
