Can't get receipts from website

Lately I have not been able to get receipts for past flights from the website. When I drill down under past flights, I get the amount paid but not the fare breakdown showing the credit card charged or Travel Funds used, like what is included in the receipt emailed upon purchase. I need a receipt showing payment for expense reports. I've been able to get a receipt emailed to my by calling Southwest, but the website says this, which just isn't true now:

You can retrieve information about a previously flown flight by logging into your account on southwest.com. Click on My Account and then visit the My Trips tab. You will see your Past Trips and can get the purchase details for your flight by clicking on the trip name. Simply print this page as your receipt. (You will only be able to see receipt information for flights flown after March 1, 2011. If you need to retrieve information about a trip flown prior to that date, please contact a Southwest Customer Representative at 1-800-435-9792 for assistance.)
