Email for Southwest for flight cancellation concerns
does anyone have an email address for southwest to email concerns about flight cancellations (due to maintenance issue)? On the website I only see phone and social sites.

I don't know a specific email address but there's an email form on the left hand side of the "contact us" page on their website - https://www.southwest.com/contact-us/contact-us.html

Are you on a browser (not mobile)? It appears when you're on the full site (see screenshot below). You have to fill out the email form while on the website and it will then send Southwest the email (it doesn't give you a general email address to send to).
