RR Account Processing - Happy New Year 2018
Those of you that are new to all of this will likely panic. Relax. Things will eventually work themselves out.
In recent years, it's run pretty quickly compared to the good ol' days. This is the first try on the new IT system, so YMMV just like the rest of us.
Those of us that have been thru it all before............well, you know

That was quick.... 16+/- hours and things appear to be back to "normal" (insert comment here)
Certainly doesn't mean that everyone's account is complete, but it's impressive progress compared to some years in the past.

My status has updated but my points haven't posted from both of my Southwest cards with statement close dates of 1/2/2018. It has now been 3 days since statements were closed. Any idea if it usually takes this many days for them to post around year-end? I recall points usually posting 1 or 2 days after statement close dates.

Friend who wants to use CP for a flight on Tuesday (16-Jan) says that although Chase sent 110,000+ points to SWA on Jan 01, his account still doesn't show the points or a CP. He called Dallas and reports he was told nothing can be done; whatever happens or doesn't is how it will be.
