Ticketless Travel Funds and Early Bird Fees
Just curious ... why is it that a person can't use his ticketless travel funds to pay the early bird fee?
I sometimes book a ticket, the price goes down a little bit (say ... $15) ... would be nice if I could then add the early bird with that price drop.
