Unable to cancel flights online

Unable to cancel flights online
I'm wondering if anyone else is having or has had this problem. When I attempt to cancel flights within my account, I receive this error message...
"Sorry, we found some errors...
We were unable to process your request right now. Please try again or if you continue to have difficulties, please contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Representative at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).
Error details
Error detail 1: 85234c24-6c0b-4506-acb2-b841afaad441 : 500999999"
However, on another computer , no problem. Does anyone know of a fix for this issue... I tried emptying the cache to no effect. Thanks for any suggestions!

If that somehow *doesn't* work (it's not quite as 100% for me as it is for nsx, at least not lately) clear your cookies - or, alternatively, use incognito mode or a browser you don't usually use for Southwest. Something is particularly wrong with the Southwest website these days, I don't even bother clearing cookies anymore because it goes wrong again so quickly. Incognito mode for me now!

I have experienced this problem as well. It usually lets me cancel the first one and then I get the error. It is really troublesome when trying to cancel a trip that has been booked as 2 OW's with a CP attached to it.
I've tried logging out and logging back in and it did not clear up the problem.
But, after a while it clears itself out. (I'm not sure how long--maybe 30 mins? )
