is it possible to transfer some points from my account to someone else? I see you can purchase and transfer. I just want to transfer existing points.

Yes, however there is a charge to do so and I believe the minimum you can transfer is 2,000 points.

It's probably easier to use you points to purchase the family member a ticket.

It's complicated. I don't have enough points to do that, and he doesn't have enough points, but combined, we do have enough for him.

Might could break it down by 2 one-way trips though.

The cost is 1 cent per point to transfer, minimum of 2,000 points. There is currently a 40%/50%/60% tiered bonus offer for transfers over 5,000 points.

Except when you need to combine points in order to complete a booking, it's better to just book the flight for the other person using your points.

When I travel myself on WN, I always book one-ways. Much easier to deal with.
