I'm having a very hard time getting RR shopping points to post. Anyone else?

I'm having a very hard time getting RR shopping points to post. Anyone else?
Here's what I've participated in and have not received any of these points yet this year. I'm I alone?
1800flowers - Purchase on 2/5, delivery on 2/13
Rapid Rewards Shopping - Home Depot Purchase on 1/31
Rapid Rewards Shopping - TurboTax Promotion - Purchase on 2/5
Rapid Rewards Shopping - NYT Subscription - Purchase on 2/17
I haven't been able to get anywhere with custom service. They basically tell me it's normal to take 6 weeks to get points and the NYT subscription will take 90+ days. It seems like others are reporting that they get their points almost immediately? Any thoughts? Anyone else having issues?

My Home Depot points from 2 purchases and points from another purchase from a different vendor in mid January did not post and I had to send an inquiry to Cartera. They replied promptly with a link for me to upload my order confirmations. The Home Depot points were quickly posted. The larger purchase with 3x points had to be investigated but that too was soon resolved.
In the meantime many other orders from different vendors were posted within days. I would suggest that once you pass the six week mark, use the inquiry form on the shopping portal to request the missing points.

Same here.
Last month purchases through RR shopping showed up within a week and my credit card showed up 2 days after posting. This month not so fast. I am still waiting on a $2800 Staples order I placed 5 weeks ago as well as a few others.
I hit my 50k bonus points this statement and need to book several flights for June before the ticket prices climb again.

All merchants except Walgreens have posted points in 4 days or less. Walgreens has never posted in points in 8 transactions. I had to wait the 8 weeks and file for credit from Cartera. Cartera has always been good about investigating and properly crediting my account with the Walgreens points properly. Still, I stopped shopping at Walgreens where I can help it, due to the hassle in obtaining points.
