So why not have this 'ol gal designate this 'ol gal http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/south...ng-mother.html as her CP Companion?
'Ol gal "A" certainly seems to fly enough that she could easily earn a CP, and it appears she can navigate most airports better than most folks that work there. 'Ol gal "B" needs somebody more responsible than her own offspring to look after her & make sure she gets boarded. 'Ol gal "A" obviously has THAT process down to a science & also seems to need some semblance of purpose in her life.
There. Two problems solved.

Send her back to CA to overcrowded jails, or leave her in PHX to Joseph M. "Joe" Arpaio to sort this out? http://www.ask.com/wiki/Joe_Arpaio
I bet she would choose CA. She would be out in five days.
She needs mental health care.
Perhaps if they transport her via Greyhound, she'll start stalking bus terminals. "Leave the driving to us!"
Where is the TSA, airlines in this? Her picture has been in every newspaper, web site, etc. for a few months.

It has been reported in the US that she claimed to have cancer, but that her illness was several years ago and she is not currently suffering from cancer. Other reports have said her cancer is in remission, which may mean it is cured.
She also is (or was) currently on probation in at least least two places and has been found trying to sneak onto planes at several airports in including San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Honolulu. No one seem to know how she got to Honolulu.

Time to have a court mandate that she have a GPS tracker embedded, and make it a felony if she removes it?

If you are referring to the same person at least 3 judges have let her go and even though stowing away on a plane is a Federal Offense, she has never been charged with that.

I wonder if she books a ticket refundable, uses the valid BP to get past security, and then onto the plane, but cancelling the tix before boarding?
The document checkers are not online, and all they do is decrypt the barcode. They have no idea if the document is still valid (e.g. after a BP has been deleted).
