What was the ramp agent stationed by the left wing area doing? Clearly not paying attention. That or the tractor operator pushing back the plane made an unexpected sharp turn and the ramp agent by the left wing wasn't able to warn the tractor operator in time.

Not a great day for WN and its planes. A delivery truck hit a loaded plane at PHL and they pulled everyone off.
