Sadly, its not how big corporations work, its a windfall for lawyers, if company x owes you 3500$ you file in small claims, it cost company x 1000$ alone to send a lawyer out.
Company's bank on the avg person NOT going to court and use this as a license to rip off consumers. i'm not saying we need more laws, we need more suing

This gave both sides lots and lots and lots and lots of great publicity. Probably one of the smartest ways to solve what could've been a very long drawn out litigation. Turned a win-lose into a WIN-WIN for both sides.

This is great stuff. Favorite: Herb doing arm curls with 1.75Ls of Wild Turkey. Also the "good-tasting sports drink" made with muscle mass powder dissolved in bourbon.
