Flights cheaper than listed price?

I booked a flight listed at $77 and the purchase price was $58.80 ($59) is it a glitch or is this normal ?

Are you saying that it was listed at $77 and the amount you paid after all taxes and fees was $58?

As of about 1 year ago, any advertised or listed price for airlines must include all taxes and fees. However, when you actually get a receipt, it will split everything out.

Assuming we ARE talking about WN, it's best to remember that an IT glitch IS "normal".

Possibly a sale was beginning or ending as you were booking.

The only other time I recall this occurring consistently was the long-gone Ding Daily Double.

How would we "tap into" this kind of thing for lower price, assuming we are able to become aware of such a thing?
