Thank you all for your kind words and stories about our friend Brian. I've included a link below to a wonderful blog written by one of Brian's Coworkers.

Brian's presence in this forum showed WN's commitment to customer service and their value of us. By contrast, the absent of similar contributions on other forums showed their priorities-or lack there of. (OK, that was clunky, but I think my point is in there somewhere.) RIP Brian. Condolences to Brian's loved ones.

Even though he has "slipped the surly bonds of earth" his memory will live on not just here with his great posts but elsewhere that he has touched.

Condolences to family, friends and co-workers.

Brian was a great guy. I got to know him fairly well and exchanged some light hearted banter with him over the years here and on the blog. He certainly did a lot for us on FT over the years and was a wealth of knowledge.

My condolences to his family and coworkers.

So sad to hear this news. I really appreciated his postings - he was always honest even when the truth didn't show WN in the best possible light. And his concern for WN passengers was always there. RIP and prayers to his family.
