southwest CC & Airtran CC

I have searched and also hope asking in the right place, but I have a Question I have not been able to find an answer for the best solution.
Question, I have 16 credits for Airtran & so does the wife (they fly from my home airport) and I have 51,010 miles from Southwest. (they only fly from a airport 3 1/2 hrs away, but not an issue) Our Airtran credit cards annual fees are due this August and my Southwest is due next year. What is the best combining/ solution for these credits & miles for max return to do away with an annual fee? Thanks

Not many here are familiar with the AirTran CC. Seeing that the AirTran card fee is due first, it seems to me that the question might come down to: are the things you get with the AirTran card (such as higher earnings on AirTran purchases?) valuable enough to justify paying the fee to keep that card? If you continue with only the RR Visa but prefer AirTran credits, you can still obtain them through the conversion process.
