You can use the lookup form to view your reservation online.

Return flights reserved prior to 3/1 are not shown in the list. New reservations, however, are consolidated in one entry including, thank God, any companion pass being utilized.

When you call WN, do their records show it was paid?

I haven't bothered to call with all the reports I have read here and on facebook with people saying calls into WN just result in a busy signal. In the meantime I managed to find the original email confirmation showing payment, so at this point I am not super worried.

EDIT: Actually, using the lookup method posted by ftnoob, the reservation does show the UM status.

I think WN needs to provide a road map detailing all the new, roundabout ways to get at information on their website. Nothing like taking the simple and making it complicated, right?

I haven't played with it; I am in BRU until tomorrow.
