A very bad day at WN
I get a call my flight is cancelled. I finally get through to an agent to rebook after a 30 minute wait. A- list means nothing now, as I am at the end of the check in window and can't check in anyway because the website is down.
I am back online at the airport trying to book reward travel and now that function is down also.
Please WN,do something about this website-it is a nightmare.

I wish there was a way that we all could send an email to Gary Kelly and let him know that his objective to make the web site a money maker ( and customer friendly be d&+&*ed) , is actually loosing him customers.

I am an extremely patient person - with decades of special ed teaching background -, but yesterday I gave up on WN web site, and did the unforgivable: bought two UA tickets, in less than 2 minutes. (Something, I have not done for two years.) The tickets were actually cheaper than the WN tickets on sale.
No, I still try to be loyal to WN, even when the prices are high, but to spend hours to try to book a flight just does not worth the 'luve'.
I do agree: the attempt turn the webpage to a money maker just will turn away costumers.

No, because there needs to be a concerted effort for Dallas to take the least bit notice. Perhaps a new thread needs to be started with a goal of getting the regulars here to send that email.
