Help finding RSW-COS fare
 

Help! I need one-way RSW-COS (or DEN) on April 7. The fare jumped way up overnight, and I'm not having much success with matrix. Any suggestions?

Would help if you'd give us a little idea of what the "jumped way up" fare was, as a comparison. Also, assume you will fly on any airline, and on any cheap itinerary, as the one below is a little punishing.

Orbitz.com shows a $207 one way fare on US Air from RSW-COS on 7 April. Unfortunately, you'd have to fly RSW-CLT-PHX-COS, as follows:

Continental has a fare of $170.20 including all taxes with a single connection through Houston - lv 2:15 pm Ar 10:01 pm

This one didn't pop up during my search, but then again didn't go into each airline's site to check. This $170 fare would be hard to beat, I'd think. Hope the OP checks back to see this fare, and update us on his own search. I'd still be interested in seeing what he considered "too much".

Keep in mind that Sarasota is a quick 1 hour drive to Ft Myers also.
