Charleys Steakhouses DO BEEF RIGHT!
 

If you are craving steak in the sunshine state Charley's Steakhouse is the place to go.

You walk in and see the yummy steak grilled over a charcoal grill on high flame> Been here twice and both times they got my New York Strip exactly the way I want.

Great selection of foods and yummy deserts including Key Lime Pie.

I have enjoyed many of your recomendations and will in the future, but last year I had a horrible meal at Charley's in Orlando. We had a reservation, waited 45 minutes to be seated, steak was overcooked, appetizer and sides were average at best,. Maybe just my bad luck that night.
