If You Were a Michelin Inspector in ATL

I live in NYC so I'm spoiled for choice when it comes to local fine dining options. I travel often to Atlanta but have never really done any fine dining there.

So let's say Michelin expanded their guide to encompass the Atlanta metropolitan area and hired you as a guide. What restaurants do you feel would deserve 1, 2, or 3 stars respectively?

Not sure if Michelin-worthy, but I had dinner at St. Cecelia in North Buckhead a few months ago. It was spectacular.

I thought this was about inspecting tires at the airport. I thought it sounded like something I would like to do.

I thought it might have been related to Michelin Man sized people.

I'm a big fan of the Unsukay Restaurant Group. Not hyper-fine dining, but some of the best folks and best food you'll encounter.

There's a restaurant-worked-oriented non-profit based in Atlanta that is a life-changing benefit to many. Check them out and support The Giving Kitchen.

Canoe has been an Atlanta mainstay for years.

IMHO, there's the classic Bacchanalia, but I'm not a fan. I think Miller Union and Gunshow.

That said, I prefer just to drive up and down Buford Highway for like a year and just stuff my face nonstop. There's got to be a place there like the one star hawkers in Singapore.

To add: I'd say just one star on the linked recs. I miss Eugene's.
