PBI: Escape Lounge or SkyClub?

Anybody know how these compare? The Escape Lounge looks way different from what I normally think of from them.

Everything is packaged/grab-n-go right now. I think SkyClub there is nicer and always choose that, but to be fair it's been a while since I popped my head into Escape. The bartender there is always very friendly.

Just did a visit to the Escape Lounge. It was quite nice - not fully on par with a full CL, but a nice option to have at PBI.

Do you think the Sky Club is a better option, especially since it is in a different concourse with different security?

I've never been to the SC so I can't comment on it. The Escape staff was friendly, the drinks were good, and the vibe was peaceful. Most everything on the menu was vegetarian or vegan (except for the loaded sweet potato waffle fries which had bacon bits on them). The vegan meatballs were actually pretty good.

The only down side was that the lounge closed at 7:00 pm. However, one of the servers said that plans were this fall to extend until 9:00 pm.

If I am going to "B" concourse flights, I would have no hesitation going to the Escape. At the "peak" there might have been 15 people in there. Certainly leaps and bounds better than Burger King!!!!
