FLL immigration/customs bussing from terminal 1 to 4
I guess the inspection station at terminal 1 is closed, so we were bused from our Silver Airways (3M) arriving flight to T4. The bus arrived 25 minutes after we landed, then took another 10 to load and 10 to drive to T4. There, it took about 30 minutes to get through immigration and another 10 to get through the final check (with mobile passport, family doesn't have GE).
Combined with a 30 minute flight delay, we missed our connection.
It also means that Silver Airways (3M) flights are often late because the crew must follow this process and then return to T4 between each international flight. Of course, 3M's one-time performance has always been abysmal.
