Miami Airport Lounge

My husband, myself and two kids (12 & 15) will be traveling from Turks and Caicos back to the UK and have a 5 hour connection time in Miami. Are there any airport lounges which are worth paying for to make it a more comfortable experience?

Assuming you are flying American/BA then you'll be in the D/E concourses where the only paid option is to buy a day pass for the AA Admirals Club for $59, which is not worth it

The American ACs do have showers, however, the day passes I believe are per person so that would be well over $200 US for a 4-5 hour lounge visit.
