FLL stroller gate check? What's up with it?
So my airline (Air Transat) lists it as an excluded airport. But it doesn't seem any other airlines list that. Is it the fact that Air Transat is considered or a charter or the ground workers at FLL just refuse to do it? Rather not get my stroller banged up on the carousel.
"*Gate delivery is not permitted by law in certain countries and cities, including Cancun, Punta Cana, Fort Lauderdale, Cuba, Portugal, Spain, Rome, London or on connecting flights. Complimentary strollers will be available on arrival, in Portugal, London and Spain, except in Barcelona. Passengers will still be able to check in their strollers free of charge at the counter and recuperate them at the baggage carousel at destination."

Hopefully the Mods will move this to the proper forum because this is not an FLL issue. The notice you quote is not only incorrect as to FLL, but it is illiterate. Hope you "recuperate" your stroller just fine.
