Can I make the conection? [ATL]
Will arrive in ATL on sunday 4th March at 20:20 on AF 6692 from AMS and have to connect with DL 2304 at 22.28 going to Tampa TPA. Will 2:08 hours be sufficient for the connection. I am not a US citisen.

I've never been thru ATL internationally.
But, you are flying into a busy major hub, and coming from a country whose pax will probably get vetted stricter at immigration.
If I was booking this ticket for my personal travel, I'd want another hour of time at least, not knowing how it's going to go. Someone whose "been there done that" should be along shortly however.

I’d check flight stats to see how often the flight is on time/early, etc. It’s not a tight connection, so as long as booked on one ticket would generally be reasonable.

There's also another flight to TPA an hour later that they could put you on if you miss the originally scheduled one. I agree, as long as you're booked AMS-ATL-TPA on one ticket then keep it as is.
Edit: here's the CBP website to look up historical wait times

Need more information in order to answer the question:
1 - Are you a US national?
2 - Will you have checked luggage?
3 - Do you have Global Entry?
4. Do you have any reason to suspect that you will have any trouble at either immigration or customs, e.g. prior problems?
The connection time ---- presuming one ticket ---- is certainly fine if the answer is Yes to 1-3 and No to 4.

In theory you will make it, the MCT is 1hr 30min but collecting luggage, clearing customs and checking back in can take up a lot, if not all of your two hours.
