Green I-94 at MCO needed any longer?

Can someone tell me if filling in the green I-94 form is required at MCO any longer? Thanks.

My understanding is that it shouldn't be; certainly didn't have to fill in the green form flying into Boston a month or two ago. You will, if you've not done so already, need to complete the ESTA on-line authorisation to travel, though, at $14 a go......
