does scl have separate lines for citizens and tourists?

saw a complaint in FB and I found it weird that such a major airport would have a 'all passports' here instead of segregated

SCL has different lines for Chile passport holders and non Chile passport holders.

Well, the new terminal just opened last week so maybe things have changed or at least in transition.

I entered ~10 days ago (in the new terminal) and there was only a single line. The bigger bottleneck was the line for Covid testing, though.

I entered on Saturday in the new terminal.

Single line for health document check
Single line for PCR test
Single line for passport control
Single line for customs

The lines were all long but they moved quickly.
