Strong Internet throughout my road trip

Am Going for a road trip in four countries in South A merica. though I need to remain connected. What are the best universal Internet Providers that I can consider for Argentina, Peru, Ecuardor and Brazil

I don't know for sure but I'm betting that Claro provides service in all four countries.

But why not just do the international roaming thing? Canada's not exactly the cutting edge of good telecoms service, but with my carrier I can roam throughout South America for CDN$10 per day, unlimited data and voice calls locally and to Canada.
