Need Advice From Bogota Experts How Best To Spend Half A Day Layover

Apologies if this question might have been asked before but I've very little time to read and research much for my upcoming trip and I'm sure Flyertalk will have some frequent BOG travellers who might now more.

I'll arrive late in the evening in Bogota next Sunday, and depart again the following day (Monday) at 6pm from the airport on an international flight. I have a hotel booked in the Usaquen area of town. After a night's sleep (I will probably wake up relatively early around 6/7am) that means I have about a half day for some sightseeing in the city which I have never visited before.

- Any up to date info how taxis works from the airport and how much it would approximately costs? Uber might be a good option here?
- At which hour would you recommend leaving for the airport? It's easy to hail down cabs in the city for a ride to the airport (or perhaps Uber?), and what would be the approximate costs?
- What are the must see places that I can cover in this amount of time before I have to go the airport? From the little time I had reading about Bogota I figured that the La Candelaria sounded most appealing for me so it's definitely one of the places I want to visit. Are there any other places which I can reasonably include on a (half) day of sightseeing? I like wandering around, soaking up the atmosphere, stopping for a bite/drink the most - so museum recommendations etc. aren't necessary.
- Is there any great place (preferably in the areas mentioned) which you would recommend for a) a good coffee/pastry and b) typical Colombian lunch? I prefer local places above high-end places in general. Besides the quality of food authenticity/vibe/perhaps a view while having a meal/drink is the most important to me.

Cheers!
