Souvineees and Cigars in Barranquilla?

By chance does anyone know of a cigar shop in Barranquilla where I can find Cuban cigars? I looked in Cartagena but they were ridiculously expensive, like everything else there. Unfortunately I didn’t think about this when I was in Bogotá or Medellín.

Also looking for general souvineers if anyone can give advice.

I believe everywhere you find cuban cigars will be expensive
