Santiago Recommendations for Luxury/Boutique Hotel with great bar

Some executives from our company will be traveling extensively to Santiago over the next few years. Naturally, when you're a world business traveler, the ideal hotel has to have an incredible bar/lounge. I'm looking for recommendations for luxury or boutique hotels that offer their own outstanding bar in Santiago. (Quality of liquor over quantity of patrons.) Ideally, the hotel will be a good hotel for business clients, have a small private room for business meetings, have their own dining room/restaurant and will ideally be within walking distance of several other good restaurants.

Our management team is looking for something in Santiago that is much like The Dukes Hotel in London. Small and quaint but with plenty of good service and amenities. They've been to both the Ritz and Grand Hyatt but would prefer something more like The Dukes since they will practically be living there!

Any suggestions will be thoroughly researched and considered. Thanks!

Best martini in the world. Expensive, but well worth it!

By the way, The Dukes Hotel just opened a new hotel in Dubai! We haven't been there yet since it opened but when we do, it will certainly be the only place we stay!

If it tops the Park Hyatt Dubai, I'll stay there. Please write a trip report
