Travel Between Aruba & Cartagena

Unfortunately I think I know the answer to my question, but I'm hoping someone knows some things I don't know. Is there any direct route between Aruba and Cartagena? Seems like the best way I've found is Avianca through Bogota. Just seems out the way, but if it's the only option so be it.

no nonstops or directs. Most go through BOG. You don't say when you are planning to travel but COPA 505/155 is only 5 hours going thru PTY. Also, some of the shorter flights are mix of avianca/AA or AA/UA going through MIA.

They just started a new ferry service from Punto Fijo. So you could get a bus to Santa Marta, get another bus to Maracaibo, get yet another bus to Punto Fijo then get the ferry to Aruba.

Sounds pretty sucky to me and I'm not sure the Maracaibo border is open.

You can fly to Curacao from BAQ but not Aruba. I think you would need to fly to BOG to get to Aruba. Copa just launched their new low cost carrier, Wingo, a few months ago and they fly to Aruba from BOG.
