New Year's Eve in Quito
 
We're heading to Quito on the 31st. Has anyone been there during New Year's Eve? If so, can you offer suggestions on what to do?

Staying at the JW Marriott.

Can you tell us what you ended up doing?

I just spent a few days in Quito and was a little surprised that I couldn't find great food. We went to Zazu for Xmas Eve and it was pretty good, but that was really it. Urko looked decent.

I also liked the chocolate at Kallari Cafe.

But so many meals (La Choza, La Ronda, etc.) were just fancy/dated atmosphere with standard dishes.
