Snow in Santiago de Chile

How often does it snow in Santiago in winter? I was planning to visit in winter because hot temperatures I cannot handle. I found this video:

Is this usual for Santiago?

In SCL, it snows maybe once every 2 years but it doesn't really stick. Up in the mountains clearly but the city its self, not so much. It "snowed" last winter in las condes and it was only rain down in the valley, the line was kind of tobolaba/PDV for snow vs rain due to the altitude and proximity to downtown. It was gone an hour after it fell. It can get to sub 32 at night but days are 40's-50s but feel closer to 40's due to humidity.
