Upgrade on wait list - jfk to jnb
I purchased an economy upgradable ticket on SAA back in June 2019 for travel next week.
I am flying jfk to jnb next Saturday.(11 January 2020). I have been on the wait list for 6 months to upgrade yet there is plenty normal business class seats available. I understand there is no currently no "reward" seats but does any have any other tips other than calling every day asking them send through the upgrade to their flight controllers so that the upgrade can be confirmed ?
Rather frustrating that you have to call every day!
