Pooled Baggage Allowance on MangoAir
 

I'm flying CPT-JNB on Mango with 2 Adults and 2 Children next week.

We will be travelling with 2 x 30kg cases, but our Mango allowance is 4 x 20kg.

Does the airline operate a pooled-baggage policy or will I need to purchase an excess (or two extra bags).

Guess it's too late, but it appeared to be pooled when I checked family of 3 in this week for that route. However, it was booked as SAA code share with connection to US, so different rules may have applied.

Thanks. I can confirm that pooled baggage was allowed. We checked in 2 x 32kg cases and 1 x 15kg which was covered by the 80kg total allowance. No questions asked at check-in.
