SA204 (JFK - JNB) immigration lines
 

We are on the direct from JFK to JNB. The flight is scheduled to arrive at 8:05 and we have a connecting Federal Air flight to Sabi Sands at 10am. For anyone who has taken this flight what are the immigration lines like around this flights arrival? I know that JNB can be a mess when it comes to this, and I see that there are other European inbound flights that are scheduled for around 730am. We are in the business so we should be some of the first off the plane.

Expect that it is going to be busy, I would also be worried about the fact that SA204 almost never lands in time, and delays from the last few weeks vary between 5 minutes to 1h or more (with only one landing 4 minutes early)

On the bright side, it seems like Federal Air meet & greet will wait for you at the arrivals gate, so I assume you won't miss your connection...
