Recommendations for a cigar lounge in DC?
Hi there,
I'll be travelling to DC as a first-timer. I usually bring my own cigars, but it's increasingly hard to find nice spots (even outside) to relax with a new cigar.
I heard of a nice cigar lounge in DC, but I didn't get the name. Are these lounges typically private or can anyone enter? Recommendations, please.
