There is a NW/KL agent, Carson's. They don't handle AF, or other Skyteam members, that I'm aware of. When I dropped by the office today, the cheapest RTW was a bit cheaper than what you quoted. Still no deal, as far as I'm concerned. (770,000++, if I recall right).
