CO leaves, miles stay ?

CO leaves, miles stay ?
Anyone think there is any chance that when CO leaves SkyTeam for StarAlliance there will be an option to credit OnePass miles to another SkyTeam partner ? I highly doubt this but it's worth asking because if so it would present more opportunities like what us DL folk can get from NWA before the merger.
